INDIAN POSSE GANG

 

The Indian Posse gang was founded in the streets of Winnipeg, Canada in 1988 and spread inside the Stony Mountain Institution a year later. By 1991, the Indian Posse grew to become one of Canada’s largest prison gangs and continued to spread rapidly across the countries provincial boundaries. In 1993, the gang organized its headquarters at the Territory Samson Reserve and Louis Bull Reserve in Hobbema, Canada.

INDIAN POSSE CHAIN OF COMMAND
The Indian Posse operates under a paramilitary structure of Chiefs, Warriors and Strikers. The Chiefs are voted into power by the gangs Warriors and the Warriors control the Strikers. Strikers must prove their loyalty to the Warriors before the Warriors recommend the Striker to the Chiefs. Warriors are allowed to tattoo “bar arms” in their skin while the Chiefs tattoo a shield on their neck.

 

INDIAN POSSE CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE
The Indian Posse are involved in cocaine and marijuana dealing, boot legging, murder, arson, and robbery. The Indian Posse controls most of the drug flow entering the United States through the provincial boundaries.

 

INDIAN POSSE CHRONOLOGIES OF EVENTS

In 1988, The Indian Posse gang is founded by Daniel Wolf and his brother Richard Wolf in the streets of Winnipeg, Canada and spread inside the Stony Mountain Institution a year later. (Gang Intelligence 101)

 

On April 1996, members of the Indian Posse and Manitoba Warriors riot at the Headingley Correctional Centre. Jail house informants are stabbed and mutilated. (The Globe and Mail 22 August 1997)

 

On January 16, 2000, members of the Indian Posse murder G.O.D. (Guerrillas of Death) leader Jason Kerr in the Edmonton Correctional Institution.

 

 In June 2003, both the Indian Posse and Native Syndicate brawl at the Stony Mountain Institution. (Gang Intelligence 101)

 

In 2004, the Indian Posse gang is featured in the documentary “Stryker”. The film points out a bloody turf war between the Indian Posse and the Asian Bomb Squad. (The Globe and Mail 22)

 

On April 2004, members of the Indian Posse viciously attack the gang’s president, Bradley Maytwayashing, at the Winnipeg Remand Centre. (The Globe and Mail 22)

 

In May 2006, members of the Indian Posse brutally beat a rival Native Syndicate. The victim is left in critical condition with a shattered jaw, crushed skull and broken ribs. (The Globe and Mail 22)

 

On January 23 2007, members of the Indian Posse burn down a house and mistakenly shoot a woman to death in Enoch, Canada. (Gang Intelligence 101)

 

 On September 2007 Indian Posse gang member Daniel Wolf forces his way into the home of 51 year old Marvin Arnault, 51 in Fort Qu'Appelle Saskatchewan. Arnault is shot and killed, as well as 24 yr old Michael Itittakoose. Three other victims survive. The attack stemmed between tension between the Indian Possee and Native Syndicate. On June 2008, Indian Posse member Tristan Lee Raphael, 26, stabs Native Syndicate rival Gary Clement Sparvier 14 times. Source - (Open Records Act)

 

On June 9, 2008, Indian Posse member Justin Cory Meeches, 31, shoots a man in Calgary, Canada. (Sun Media)

 

On August 24, 2008, six Indian Posse gang members break out of the Regina Correctional Centre in Regina, Canada. (100 Mile House Freepress)

 

In September 2008, Indian Posse leaders Daniel Richard Wolfe and Ryan John Agecoutay are arrested on violent crime charges, including murder and aggravated assault. (100 Mile House Freepress)

 

On December 2011 eight Indian Posse members and associates brutaly beat a 33-year-old inmate inside the Milner Ridge Correctional Centre at Beausejour.

 

On January 4, 2012 reputed Indian Posse co-founder Daniel Richard Wolf, 33 is stabbed to death inside the Saskatchewan Federal Prison, near Prince Albert. Wolf's murder came as a result of a power struggle between the Indian Posse's Manitoba and Saskatchewan chapters.
